This week, Nrolled has the incredible opportunity to participate in the Elevate Festival — one of Canada’s most vibrant gatherings of innovators, creators, and entrepreneurs — as part of the Toronto Business Development Centre (TBDC) incubation program, Land and Expand.

Being there isn’t just about showing what we do; it's about learning, connecting, and growing with the Toronto startup ecosystem.

The Land and Expand program helps us with connections to leverage our tools and systems that humanize the staffing experience — for workers and businesses alike. The Elevate Festival allowed us to meet fellow founders, share insights, and draw inspiration from people shaping the future of work, technology, and inclusion in Canada.

Throughout the event, we had meaningful conversations with entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators who share our passion for building solutions that create real impact. From discussions about the gig economy to new ideas on supporting workers with better care systems, every exchange reinforced why we do what we do.

We left Elevate feeling inspired, energized, and more connected than ever to Toronto’s thriving innovation community. A huge thank you to TBDC for the opportunity, and to all the amazing people we met along the way — this is just the beginning.
