What do I need to sign up?
a. Basic Company details - Name & Contact details
b. Your work locations
How can I cancel a shift?
a. If you cancel a job before 48 hrs of the start of the job, there is no cancellation fee.
b. If you cancel within 48 hrs of the start of the job, the wages are non-refundable. All wages are passed directly to employees as compensation to clear up their schedules.
What's the commitment to sign up?
a. There is no commitment or fee to register for the Nrolled platform. You only pay for the services when you use them.
How do you assure the quality of the employees?
a. Our extensive recruitment process includes a resume review, interview and training to ensure the best and the brightest are selected.
b. The employees also receive a bonus based on their performance rating, so they are well motivated to deliver quality.
c. We continuously monitor the performance of the employees and promote their skill level based on delivery.
How is the hourly rate set?
a. You decide the hourly wages you wish to pay for each skill set
b. Please select the wages to match the skill level of the employee
How do I advertise a job?
a. Click on "Create a new job."
b. Select the address, date and time
c. You can select any skills from our database or add your own if you do not find a fit
d. Tell us how many employees you need with that skill set and the wages you wish to pay them
e. You can refine the date/time for each skill type using the edit button
f. Once done, click on "Create a new job broadcast," and you are all set
g. We will find the best fit for you based on the skills and the wages in the broadcast
