At Nrolled, we believe that great service doesn’t happen by chance—it’s built through preparation, culture, and teamwork. That’s why we were proud to sponsor the latest training session with our partner Peter & Paul’s (P&P's) Hospitality & Entertainment Group at the iconic Paramount Eventspace.
This initiative reflects our commitment to investing in people first. Nrolled covered the cost of training hours, making sure servers, bartenders, and cooks could focus fully on learning and collaboration.
A Blend of Skills and Culture
The training went beyond technical skills. It was a mix of service refreshers and a deep dive into the Peter & Paul’s Group culture—a core part of what makes their venues stand out.
For seasoned professionals, it was an opportunity to sharpen skills and stay aligned with the group’s high standards.
For newer team members, it served as a warm onboarding into Paramount’s environment, setting them up for success from day one.
Leaders Guiding the Way
We’re grateful for the leadership at Paramount Eventspace that shaped this session, represented by their Catering Manger, Paramount's Operations Manager, Paramount's General Manager and P&P's Founder and President.
Their hands-on presence showed the value of blending vision with practice—reminding us that excellence comes from both strong leadership and consistent reinforcement.
Collaboration in Action
Representing Nrolled, Jovey Espineli (Operations Coordinator) and Rodrigo Borges (Head of sales) joined the session to support, collaborate, and further our shared mission: building a workforce that feels empowered, valued, and set up to deliver their very best.
More Than Training—It’s Empowerment
This session wasn’t just about learning procedures. It was about teamwork, culture, and opportunity. By bringing everyone together, we created space for connection, growth, and shared accountability.
At the end of the day, it’s about more than service—it’s about people. And when people feel empowered, success follows. 🌟
